Dear General Council for DEVCRAS Community Members, we are approaching this exercise of improving community services by initially gathering a plethora of information in a mission to answer the questions of our residents and more importantly, find solutions to the deteriorating services and conditions observed by our residents. Since each committee must refine their scope for delivery before the 16-june-24 GC 2024 meeting, I thought I would recap for us what we know and questions being asked to ensure key issues or questions are not missed. Please read and review to assist you in developing your respective scopes.
