Payment of Estate Management Fees We understand that JSA has issued a disclaimer regarding payment of estate management fees.
We request, as resolved by the DEVCRAS General Council in June 2024, that you continue to pay your EMF fees to DEVCRAS Account at Ecobank, as this enables the residents’ Association to fully support the quest for improved estate management services and the conditions of service.
As we are aware, as an Association, now registered as a company limited by guarantee and in compliance with the law, we undertake weekly EMF reconciliations with JSA on all collections, working as stakeholders to improve our community. We believe this approach benefits our community and holds the estate management company accountable.tham community.
